Acceptable use

Dishfolk exists for legitimate small food-ordering workflows. These rules protect sellers, customers, and the service.

Use the service lawfully

Do not use Dishfolk to sell unlawful or prohibited goods, misrepresent products, evade applicable food rules, impersonate another business, or infringe another person’s rights.

Protect people and data

Collect only information needed to fulfill orders. Do not upload sensitive health, payment-card, government-identity, or unrelated personal information. Do not use customer contact details for promotion without appropriate consent.

Protect the service

Do not probe security, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, spread malware, scrape customer data, or interfere with another seller’s account.

Enforcement

We may limit or suspend access to investigate misuse, protect users, or comply with law. Where reasonable, we will explain the concern and provide an opportunity to correct it.
