Questions, answered

Everything you need to know before your first drop.

Plain answers about ordering, payments, and the pilot.

Do my customers need an account?

No. They open your link, choose their items and pickup time, and submit their contact details.

Does Dishfolk take customer payments?

Not in the pilot. You tell customers how to pay—such as e-transfer, cash, or pay at pickup—and record the payment status yourself.

Can I keep posting on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. That is the point. Your social channels remain your marketing and community space; Dishfolk gives each post one structured ordering link.

What happens when an item sells out?

Inventory is checked when the order is submitted. Customers see a clear message if somebody else claimed the last item first.

Can customers order in Vietnamese?

Yes. The public ordering controls are available in English and Vietnamese. You can add optional Vietnamese names and descriptions to your own products.

Does Dishfolk confirm I am allowed to sell food?

No. Every seller remains responsible for licensing, food safety, taxes, allergens, and other requirements that apply where they operate.

Can I leave the pilot?

Yes. You can export your business data and request account deletion from the seller settings.
